About us

We are an intimate Pilates studio located in the Jasmine Mokotow estate. We were created out of a love for movement, the body and health in all its aspects. We are characterized by an individual approach to our client’s needs, and our goal is to build at your home an atmosphere full of comfort and trust, to which you want to return. We conduct individual and duo classes.

Classes are taught by qualified instructors certified by some of the best Pilates schools in the world. We arrange our workouts by working mainly with the Comprehansive method, which means that we work both on machines and on the mat.
In the studio you will find reformers, a cadillac, a chair, a keg, and mini equipment from Balanced Body.

Why
Pilates

Pilates is the basis of any movement for us. It’s work on finding the balance between each part of the body in relation to the others. It is a lesson in humility, patience and acceptance, which is perceived and felt differently by each of us.
Pilates is more than just a workout – it’s a time where we learn to discover and show our weaknesses while working to strengthen the whole. This is a process, giving room for tremendous progress.

Our activities

We offer individual training and duet training for two people. Each class lasts 55 minutes each.

During our first meeting, we discuss your/your health condition and set goals that we want to achieve together. The first training session generally lasts an equal 60 minutes.

If you are interested in duet classes, but do not have a pair for them – just write to us. We will be happy to help you find a partner for joint training that is similar to you in level.

Our Instructors

Klaudia Wira

I am a certified instructor of Basi Pilates Comprehansive and a second-year student of physiotherapy at the School of Rehabilitation in Warsaw.

I began my Pilates adventure in early 2021, shortly after my professional sports career ended.

I gained experience and practical knowledge by conducting individual and group classes in two other Warsaw Pilates studios.
In addition, I completed the course “Basi Pilates – Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies by Samantha Wood” and “Basi Pilates – Pilates for Breast Cancer Recovery”.

His work is based on observing the behavior of the client’s body in particular exercises and optimizing them in such a way that they are most effective and valuable to the client. I try to look at each body holistically.

Privately, I’m a free spirited soul wanting to catch waves on a board in Portugal, an aspiring paddler, and a dog mom of a miniature bulterrier 😉

A 24-hour cancellation system is in effect.

Classes canceled later than 24 hours before are charged in full.

A pass for 4 entrances is valid for one month counting from the first classes held.

A pass for 8 entrances is valid for 6 weeks counting from the first class held.

When purchasing a pass, you are entitled to one “emergency” cancellation, no later than 2 hours before the scheduled date of classes, resulting in a refund of entry to the pass.

Pilates is a movement method designed for most

With our knowledge and experience, we are able to modify your training in a way that is suitable and developing for you.

Remember, before you start systematic training, we invite you to the first individual training, where we conduct a detailed interview. Thanks to it, we are able to learn more about your possible injuries, diseases and past treatments.
This is a very important aspect for us in the subsequent planning of your training.
Above all, we care about your comfort and safety.

The training lasts 55 minutes and begins with a short warm-up on the mat. The next 50 minutes of training are usually conducted in a block system, which can be modified after getting to know your body better 🙂

The best will be a towel, a smile and non-slip socks ;)

You don’t have to worry about drinking – we have water and tea in abundance with us.
If you have the opportunity – take with you a small towel, non-slip socks and comfortable clothes (regular leggings, sports bra and T-shirt will be best).

The more your clothing clings to your body (but doesn’t restrain it!), the easier it will be to work with and give you the opportunity to see exactly how your body is positioned during training.

Remember, we are looking at your body in terms of pure anatomy 🙂
In our opinion, every body is beautiful and deserves 100% approval.

Yes IF you do not have contraindications from the attending physician.

Pilates for pregnant women can be a great preparation of the body for childbirth, as well as for what comes afterwards.

During the training, we look for a balance of strengthening but also loosening certain parts of your body so that you will be comfortable for months and years to come.

What we require from you as a studio is a certificate from your doctor that your pregnancy is not at risk and you have no contraindications to exercise.
When continuing to exercise, please show such a certificate every month until the pregnancy ends.

Weight is not an issue here.

In Pilates, weight is not important.
A well-conducted workout will prepare your body for daily activities and will be the basis for more intense exercises, which can be aimed at weight loss – if that is your goal.
With us, you work out so that your body feels relief after training, but also that it has done a decent job that you can be proud of.

The studio has been operating since the beginning of April, making the schedule at this point still “under construction.” This means that if you’re interested in regular class times, there’s a good chance they’re still available.

Anyone over the age of 12 can practice in our studio 🙂

How should I prepare?

Water

You will get it from us on site, you do not need to come with your own bottle.

Socks

In the studio, we ask you to exercise in socks, preferably non-slip, to avoid discomfort during exercise.

Towel

A small one will completely suffice for you.
